Multitimer Beta App Program

WHAT IS MULTITIMER BETA PROGRAM AND HOW DO I JOIN?

Multitimer Beta is a program whereby we allow certain users to preview new Multitimer features that are still in development.

Access to the program is limited and you can request access here.

I REQUESTED ACCESS. WHEN WILL I HEAR BACK?

There are a variety of factors that may affect our ability to accept users into the program.

At this stage, we are unable to guarantee acceptance into the program or that you will hear back within a specific time frame.

ARE THERE ANY PREREQUISITES TO JOIN?

The program is open to participants from all over the world. Currently, you will also need one of the following devices to participate: iPhone / iPad / iPod (running iOS 10 or newer) or Apple Watch (running watchOS 3 or newer).

WHAT KIND OF COMPENSATION DO I RECEIVE FOR TESTING?

This program is voluntary, and there is no compensation for your participation.

But becoming a beta tester, you’ll enjoy the following benefits:

  • Getting a look at the new MultiTimer app before anyone else;

  • The pleasure of finding unsuspected bugs;

  • Providing your suggestions and;

  • Improving the newest app as a result of testing;

  • Receive Pro version of the app for free, which is given to the most active beta testers.

DO I HAVE TO PAY A FEE TO JOIN THE PROGRAM OR PAY FOR BETAS?

No. Both the program and betas are free.

WHAT ARE MY RESPONSIBILITIES AS A PARTICIPANT IN MULTITIMER BETA?

You will receive access to a confidential preview version of the MultiTimer application. Use the new app in your regular life and report any problems back to us. Every few weeks you will receive directions that may ask you to carry out some tasks in the app and answer a few quick questions.

I DIDN’T RECEIVE THE TESTFLIGHT EMAIL FROM APPLE

In some cases, you will receive an email from us that your account is ready for use on your iPhone/iPad or Apple Watch, however, the follow-up email from Apple may be delayed or not arrive.

 

Here are some troubleshooting steps:

  • Make sure to check the email address associated with your Apple ID;

  • Try searching your inbox for any emails sent from the address TestFlight;

  • Consider checking your Spam folder.

Please be aware that it may take up to 24 hours after you are notified by us to receive the follow-up TestFlight email from Apple. If you are still unable to find the email, please contact us.

I RECEIVED THE TESTFLIGHT EMAIL FROM APPLE, BUT THE EMAIL IS BLANK

In some rare cases, you will receive the TestFlight email from Apple, however the email will be blank.

If that happens, please contact us.

HOW DO I INSTALL/UNINSTALL THE APP ON MY DEVICE?

To install or uninstall our beta application on your device, please follow these steps:

After completing enrollment in our Beta program, please wait for an additional invitation email from Apple. The subject will be ""MultiTimer: ... "version" (...)" for iOS is now available to test".
 

  1. To begin, ensure that you are signed into your device with the same Apple ID that you provided when you enrolled in the Multitimer Beta program;

  2. Download the TestFlight application from the App Store;

  3. Tap on the link found in the email you received from Apple to launch TestFlight;

  4. Download the MultiTimer app via TestFlight;

  5. The beta app is now installed on your device!

 

Please note that a new, separate app might install side-by-side with the existing Multitimer app (if you already have the app installed on your device) or the existing Multitimer app may be replaced or updated. 

HOW DO I REPORT BUGS OR FEEDBACK?

We’d love to hear from you! Please find any of the emails you receive from our support@persapps.com address for instructions on how to report bugs or submit feedback.

HOW DO I LEAVE THE MULTITIMER BETA PROGRAM?

We’re sad to see you go!

Please follow the steps to uninstall any of the preview apps you’ve installed.

  1. Launch the Test Flight app and select the page corresponding to the Multitimer beta app

  2. Select “Stop testing”;

  3. You can uninstall Multitimer beta app from your device;

  4. You can download the original MultiTimer app (not beta version) from App Store to continue using MultiTimer on your iOS device.
